I signed up for Jim Ross' Free 7 day Trial period of foreclosure.com listings. Thank God I read the "Terms and Conditions" which nobody usually reads and they count on that. It said that the card would be charged on the 1st. hour of the 7th. day. Which means that it is only Free for 6 days. This in itself is False Advertising and Fraud. I talked to an on line operator and cancelled my subscription in the beginning of my 6th. day. I received a confirmation no. and was told that my subscription was cancelled. 30 min.s later my card was charged. He must be using the money for the 5-10 days it takes the bank to reverse the charge. Are there any Class Action Lawyers out there that would like to put this Greedy S.O.B. in his place and shut down his business for good? I look forward to your reply. Thank You, Frank
