i want to say about the irresponsible and poor service of bsnl broadband. it is shamefull to say such words against a communication leading company like bsnl.
am jishad in kerala/ tvm dist. now my exchange office is in edava panjayath. my broadband connection is get complaint for about 10 days. i made more than 15 complaint against local exchange office, 2 in related coustomer care office and more in other bsnl related places. but am very happy to say that there's no response. then why i made payment at this month. i think u r totally a fail in broadband system. can i wish the connection in this year. very bad. need justice...otherwise i am forced to reach in consumer court. also the behaviour from bsnl staffs are very bad, illiterete. plz improve yourself. best wishes. my phone no: 0470-2664481 (bsnl)mob:9447427539(bsnl).
