Customer service
Called exactly a week ago and left a very detailed message with what I assume was the secretary, explaining what legal services I would be requiring. I was told that the Lawyer was in a meeting and she would call back when the meeting was completed. Like I said, this was exactly a week ago and still no response. So either this is a very long meeting or like a lot of customer service since COVID they just don't care. Pretty sad in my opinion to have write a negative review about customer service towards a Lawyers Office. I thought these businesses would be professional enough to set the bar for customer service. When it comes to my legal matters I will look some where else,, first impressions mean everything to me, especially in this area of expertise.

Prompt friendly service
we have used them multiple times for notary services and reviewing paperwork. They are the least expensive notary in town and we have always had prompt friendly service from everyone in the office.

Amazing
Over the last year I’ve used the services of Jenkins and Jenkins to act as an estate executor. Also the closing of a real estate transaction. The staff has been so amazing guiding me through the various steps. Usually getting my request processed on the same day. An extra special thanks to Jill who went over and beyond on many occasions to accommodate my legal transactions.

Great sevice
If you want to sit in a waiting room long past your appt time, have your personal information shared, have your appt times changed day of, and receive horrible communication this the place! I would have never thought it would be possible for a lawyer firm to be so unprofessional and show such little customer sevice. They constantly are asking for money from every communication, yet force extra because they are completely incompetent. It took me nearly 3 months to complete a separation agreement and almost 4 gs. , Both parties were not fighting. I could never recommend this place even to my worst enemy. They make tough times 10 x more tough I feel bad for the owner who is a truly competent and nice person

For notary services, this place is great in that appointments can be booked easily, the staff are very friendly, and the prices reasonable.

Worst client treatment
This rating is generous in my opinion. I was treated like trash by the front desk. I was yelled at talked down to simply for inquiring about paing ny fees. I would not recommend this office to anyone. Worst client treatment.

Very easy to deal with
Very easy to deal with. Closed two real estate deals with them. However very disappointed to see a $250 expedited fee on our recent final documents. Were not told that when we booked our appointment. Realtor was also very surprised.
