They prepared my 2006 tax TWICE and I was still audited by IRS. I provided them with everything they asked SEVERAL TIMES. I mailed and faxed. They would not return any of my phone calls until I stopped the auto payments from my bank account. Six months and $1500 late they could not help me. Now they will not refund my money. IRS sending me Intent to Levy letters and I am afraid. They are crooks. I believe they are going to get away with this. If you have tax problems, call a lawyer or do it yourself. Please do not go into one of their offices. They will use alarming words that will make you sign one of their contracts. Don't do it, just do not trust them.
