JM Sales sold my 82 year old mother a vacuum cleaner after she told the salesman numerous times she didn't want it but was ultimately pressured into buying it. The salesman took away her existing upright and handheld vacuums as part of the transaction. Mom's cleaning lady complained that the Kirby vacuum was too heavy to operate and too big to get under the furniture, so my Mom returned it. She was issued two refund checks, both of which bounced. It took numerous phone calls to JM Sales and ultimately Kirby corporate office's intervention to get JM Sales to issue a cashier's cheque to my Mom 3 months after she returned the vacuum. JM Sales only returned my Mom's upright but not the handheld. JM Sales is independently owned and employs door-to-door salesman. BUYER BEWARE!
