I had an experience with Joanne Pollard whereby she was exceptionally rude and obnoxious to me on the phone. She answered the phone in a very abrupt manner and when I began asking her questions about a job she was advertising online she became extremely rude. She then answered another 2 questions before slamming the phone down in my ear while still in mid-sentence.

I would never recommend her to anyone looking for a job due to her unprofessional and insulting manner.
