They have a buy one get one free offer just pay S&H ! I love the great hair day product but the site is deceptive and then in the middle of figuring out my order it asked what type shipping I wanted. I pushed the three to four weeks and then it gave no price and when I hit the check order status to see the total it had an error message. I could not get the page to come up, so I called customer service to see what happened and the girl said "Yes" the order went through but I have no total? I got no where with her, even asking if I ordered this what would be the price? she said I don't have any prices? Then I called my Credit Card Company and they gave me the amount charged and it was $97.91 That means my order of approx. $48.00 must of had $49.91 in shipping and handling charges for the fast shipping of three to four weeks! HUH! this is deceptive My only recourse is to wait until I get the product and make a dispute with my credit card company which I have never had to do before! Yes I tried canceling my order no luck, and yes I can send the product back but I would be out the Ship and handling charges that are equal to the product! I want to say once again I love the product but there has to be a better way to purchase!
