The battery charger you sent me does not recharge ordinary batteries as promised. Your so called consumer service number is never available, informs me to call another time, but always gives the same message.A recorded voice informs me that "Due to unexpected high volume of calls, we are unable to take your call now. Please call back at another time." But there is never "another time" that it is available. I am returning the defective merchandise to you and will not pay for it if it shows up on my Haband charge account. Please respond to this complaint as soon as possible.
