Absolutely will not let you in without birthday info and a valid cell # (I tried all 0's). I don't give out my cell # indicriminately so someone else can run up my bill, and if it's illegal to ask your age in a job setting, why should they require your age just to look at job listings? Sounds like a scam to me! And the earlier poster was right...being unemployed is bad enough without someone kicking you or making you jump through unnecessary hoops while you're at your most vulnerable.
