Every year for 15 plus years my family has been coming to Devils Fork state park. We have always used " Hoyett's " now " Jocassee Outdoors " for all of our camping, fishing and even pontoon rentals. The experience has been wonderful until this year! The place is under new ownership and though we did not get to meet the new owner we were introduced to the new manager. This man was the rudest person my family and myself have ever met and is in the wrong line of business, he should never be allowed to greet or meet the public. Not only was he rude but he had no idea of how to help us, the person working with him had to step away from the people she was helping to take care of our needs . He just walked away without a care. From now on we will do our business else where and look for a new place to rent our boats.
