Jody L. Winter is the Principal Attorney and CEO at the professional corporation of Lloyd Winter in Fresno, California. Lloyd Winter is a civil litigation firm practicing breach of contract, fraud and real property litigation, mediation, and arbitration of disputes in state and federal courts. At the firm, Jody is responsible for all aspects of legal representation and business management including marketing, client intake, representation in court, case management, and point of contact.Prior to Lloyd Winter, P.C., Jody was with the firm Gilmore, Wood, Vinnard and Magness in Fresno, California.
