At the beginning of May I went into Joe Myers and purchased a used vehicle.With this purchase I traded in a vehicle. Joe Myers in turn took the trade in and sold it at auction. Toward the end of June I was informed that the bank declined my loan. (This actually was incorrect. Joe Myers lost the bank. The bank still wanted me and I was financed with them through a different dealership at a later date for the same amount and with the same amount down). I was threatened that if I did not return the vehicle that they were going to report it stolen and have me arrested. I demanded my vehicle back or it paid off. They found who they sold the vehicle to and returned it to me. The vehicle now has a busted head gasket which they refuse to repair. I was also out the expense of late fees on the vehicles since Joe myers never paid the vehicle. I was out rental fees since my vehicle was no longer driveable. I was also out window chip repair to the vehicle that I had purchased. I still have to pay for the repairs of the engine. I have contacted several people at Joe Myers to no avail. I have left the general manager several messages also to na avail. The comapany had me sign two different contracts which I found out at a later date is illegal. Also, selling my car at auction without a clear title is illegal.
