My name is Joe trichilo ([email protected]). I have been billed twice this month for the same product on my Norton virus re-newel application. Please advise me. I would except a phone call to my home on this matter. I paid $69.99 on nov. 20th 2008 and now today for the same amount. my first order was (777412958) and now today 12/10 was 77779863. Please help me out on this matter.
