i shop at the joe vs smart shop on uvalde rd . sunday june 5 i went there to get some items as i allways do. i got in line, there was line one and line two.i move to line two just one person was there. i was behind him, these two employee, juan and anthony told the clerk not to wait onme i guess because i moved to line two.i did not move ahead of no one. just me. the clerk asked juan if he should wait on me. juan and anthony the clerk no and to move to another register. i told this supvervisor kelly about this incident, all she did was make exccccuses for the two checkers juan and anthony. i left with out purchaseing any thing. i will not be treated this way. i will go across the street to food town, who has friendly employees, who are willing and ready to help the customers. your employee must dont know how many stores has been in that very spot joe vs is in right now. with these employees attitude some one else is going to be there to. alvin gray 11706 crystalwood houston tx 77013 713 455 0335
