I rented the house located at 2 Robert's Square in Bar Harbor, Maine for the week of August 11 - 18, 2007. I sent Joseph Parrish $2, 375 for the rental of the property ($1, 875), plus a $500 security deposit. At the time, Joe Parrish informed me that he would return the $500 security deposit within two weeks of my departure. However, I have yet to receive the return of my $500 security deposit. Since I returned from vacation, I have emailed and called Mr. Parrish but he hasn't had the courtesy to return any of my messages. Please be cautious if you wish to rent his property!
