I order this program because I thought it was better than Calton Sheets but when I call the specialist he told me to go out and get 3-5 credit card so I did not have to used my own money for the down payments and than call him back when I got them . I never called them back because I never saw any of the home at that prices he has list in his shows in California. Next It did not sound right going out and getting 3-5 credit cards for the down payment for this program.
