I received my Statement today and find that £10 has been taken from my account on 31st March and I do not know why. I did buy a Camera earlier in the year and seem to remeber something about Shoppers Discount. I am concerned that a further £10 may go from my account today as it is the last day of the month. The account is now overdrawn as it is only an account we use for internet purchases and we keep the minimum amount in it.
I am disgusted that this can have happened and this is my first bad experience with internet purchasing.
