Mr. Monahan has practiced law for 31 years in Montgomery County, Maryland. He generally has represented clients in criminal and traffic cases in the District and Circuit Courts, and as plaintiffs in civil personal injury cases in both courts. Since 1992 he has tried to verdict as sole counsel over 400 cases. He also appears regularly at the Motor Vehicle Administration and he has been a mediator and arbitrator in the resolution of civil cases. He also serves as a Neutral Arbitrator of Montgomery County Retirement Disability cases.
