We never received notice of a class action by John Hancock Life Insurance Company on our Univesal Life Insurance. The encouraging salesman stated that when we retired this would be paid. Not only has he misled us but he has lied. Every quarter our premiums are higher. Not none to us the exact rate amount we are to pay into this policy we have had since l988.
