Johnny Coleman builders in Southaven MS is the worst builder Ive ever came across. He never graded my backyard properly and now every time it rains i have a pond in my yard for a week. He put sand down to try to help the low spots but all it did was kill our lawn and pool up even more than before. Ive tried to contact them several times but they will do nothing to fix the situation. Last time my husband called and talked to there building coordinator named Mike and all he did was laugh at my husband.They are very rude and do not stand by there one year warranty.Please stay away from this builder if you want a nice home.He will fix nothing even if he tells you he will.
