I bought a Bed from a company by the name of Zoe Beds in Krugersdorp about a year and a half ago. It was a cash transaction and the bed that was bought has a 15 years warranty on it. The bed has already seen better days as the springs are colapsing. I have called Jones and Co and left 3 messages as Mr Jones is always very busy to sort out my problem and to date had no luck. The number for Jones and company is 011 838-5908 082 413-1106. After calling Zoe beds and been told that they are liquidated and they gave me Mr Jones number. When speaking to Mr Jones i was told that sorry he can not help me because he is not paid by them and that i have to sort it out with them. I was also told that he will not look at my problem and the phone was slamed down in my earn and told i must do what i must. HOW CAN PEOPLE LIKE THIS OPERATE AND GET AWAY WITH IT.
