I purchased software via joomlabest.com to build a photo shop on line. I paid via moneybookers. It took 5 days to get the download link and when I uploaded the software the configuration was corrupt. I emailed to the vendor (who is an affiliate of ktools.net) and asked them to investigate the problem. I provided ftp information. No response. I then contacted ktools.net and lodged a complaint and received no reply. I contacted moneybookers and no response. I have subsequently tried to make contact by telephone from Australia and no luck even getting a connection. No one answers. on any phone number.
When we make purchases online we rely on people like paypal and moneybookers to protect us against shoddy traders.
What do I from here? Where do I go?
