The 7280 that I purchased is not visible to my laptop even after the CD install. I spent over 5 hours with India and 2 different techs without any success. I have another printer (Epson) that i installed in less than 5 minutes, so itis not my system. I also contacted HP customer service and the advice they gave me was to do a removal and a reinstall. After i told them that i had done that 4 times prior, i heard nothing more from them. They are okay at taking your money for their products, but fall to non-existance when it comes time to help you use the produce. paying for something you are unable to use is fraud.
