Joe Santarelli Construction signed a contract w- us in 2-005 to build our house in 9 months. It has now been 23 months, the house is still not finished & he has walked off the job. We paid him all the money he requested for labor & materials under contract and change orders & most of the subcontractors were not paid & part of the materials were not ordered or installed. In other words, he used our money for other things besides building our house. We are senior citizens w- health issues that Santarelli exacerbated; he also financially crippled us.
