I was refered to ( Equity Secure LLC ) from ( Commercial Funding Unlimited ) a John Young. I was told this Darwin Armos could find my an investor for my real estate rehab company. Darwin requested $350 to start the proccess and could close the deal in less than 21 days. It has been 60+ days and Darwin Armos does not respond to emails or phone calls. I have also contacted John Young (that stood to make 10% of the properties profit after sale) will not stand be hind his partner in crime and refund my $350 fee. The document Darwin Armos sent me for closing states "If Client provides all reasonable Investor requested supporting due diligence documentation and no closing occurs, AND/OR, if Company cannot secure a bona fide Investor within 21 business days of this signed Agreement, the above $350 fee shall be refunded in full with no further obligations." DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY CAN NOT PROVIDE SERVICES THEY CLAIM. " SCAM"
