I thought I was getting a deal on a student edition of of Adobes CS5 Master collection. At the time I placed the order (April 27th 2010) the product was slated as having a release date of May 25th 2010 and with 2 day UPS it would have arrived today.

My order status was listed as pending yesterday, so I called. Was told my order should have been listed as BackOrdered, no e-mail or warning of the backorder was ever sent so I could make arrangements form another vendor. Now it's going to cost me 300 dollars more to order it elsewhere as all the preorder specials are over from other retailers... or I can wait indefinitely from journeyed.com since they couldn't provide me with a shipping date as of yesterday.
