The owner, refuses to pay me for training because I opted to not work there. We live in a right to work state, which means either party can terminate employment at any reason at any time. Nothing was stated beforehand about non-payment if training wasn't completed. I emailed her asking about payment, and she flat out refused to pay me, because I didn't chose to work there.
