Daughter is travel nurse in Oakland, CA. We ordered flowers for her birthday from our local florist; Joys Flowers in Flowood, MS. According to the owner Chris, she wired our order to Lydia, s Flowers on the Oakland, CA area--Lydia's said they called the hospital and the hospital said mosy folks are off on their b-day--they didn't deiver the flowers for her b-day which was Nov. 12--we found out and Joy's we-ordered from Casa Blanca flowers in Oakland, CA. Our daughter finally got her flowers a day after her birthday and when she received them they weren't "horrible" according to our daughter--dead, brown colored, etc. We immeditately called Joys who advised she would refund our money--week later she claimed she forgot--long story short we called Casa Blanca in Oakland to complain; they said we had to call Joys who said we had to call Teleflora who said we had to call Joys who said...Get my drift. No-one wanted to help us when it came to a complaint or uys being satisfied. Be careful when you use florist to order flowers thru Teleflora--they couls care less.
