I purchased a refridgerator from John at his business at 125 main st in albany in september of last year and gave him $260.00 a week later it did'nt work and he got mad and said ( what do you want me to do about it?) and i said i would like my money back or another one that does wor, he said he didn't have any more like the one i purchased at that price and he didn't have the money to give back to me and that i would have to wait. I have tryed to contact him on several accation and he just keeps giving me the run around and blameing me for the problem. i am still waiting for a response from him and sent another email obviously he does not plan to give us back our money and we have sence replaced the refridgerator I feel he is a cheat a liar and a theaf. I am asking for your help to see that our money is returned to us.
