This editor did not find out about my problem and assumed away my need for a service. She is rude, unfriendly and self-assuming. If she did not think she could work on my request for an editing service, THEN SAY SO! But do not, under any circumstances, say:

1. I would be better off looking for a 'fly-by-night' service. that does not have proper conotations where I come from and it means you associate the consumers' work with shoddy work.

2. Emphasize with the consumer, when you barely speak for half a minute on the phone. You don't know the problem, and you should enquiring, NOT framing.

I had expected better from this, given the reviews.
