I need refund!

I applied for a SS card on line at www.us.gov. A message appeared from jts & associates inc saying I need to pay $8.99 for this online service. The transaction ID # is 6LJ295788K277733S. I have the receipt where I paid your company for this service, but I did not receive any service and was told by the SS dept. that SS services are free. They said I should look into it and that they, too, would look into it. I called www.us.gov and they directed me to the Fed. Trade Comm. I was unable to reach them at the moment, but I will be contacting them. It is my hope that you will resolve this by refunding my money before I need to make this complaint to the FTC.

Unauthorized charges

I lost my birth certificate and needed to find a fast way to get a copy. I entered 'copies of birth certificates' in the search engine and got the above website where they made me believe they could get me a copy of my birth certificate for $19.99. So I paid the fee and all it did was bring me to the real website where I had to pay again.

This company hides under the names of other websites and you don't see who is getting your money until you pay through paypal. My advice: Never order legal documents from anyone except the actual government agency who makes them!!
