I don't have to write much here just google Tim Berndt or Surepath Judment Recovery and you will learn all you need to know. I think its hilarious this guy is running a judgment recovery service (with an expired license) when he himself had three outstanding judgments against him in Anoka county alone. His address is posted here if anyone else reading this would like to take legal action against him. Save yourself a headache and don’t use his services.

Surepath Judgment Recovery owner Tim Berndt collects judgments for his clients and then keeps the money for himself. It’s a pretty good racket really. On his website he only lists a PO box and you can not sue a person or business without a real address rendering him safe from breach of contract litigation. The address provided in this complaint is current for any other victims needing to file a case against Surepath for similar matters.
