Next day I received an email said I need pay $21.76 more because I my millage is about 10000/year based on her calculation. I went to them and said I found there was a Typos error in my title which cause them calculate more in my millage (title paper listed millage 56148, but in fact it was 56948, and date was also wrong. The correct calculation of my millage should be about 5000mile/year). I also give her evidence but she just refused to read them. Then an old woman come and said don't waste their time. After left I call the woman and said their attitude made me unhappy and she said if you don't like, just change the insurance company. I even felt discrimination since I was not American.

Today I received their bill which shows that I need pay $36.22 more.
