Dangerous corrupt judge and licensed lofer Mr T Laxmana Rao former district judge Kadapa is not at all arrested yet for prosecution , although he behaved like a street side goonda while mis using the powers by illegal transfer of cases 54/ 2003 of two town police station Proddatur & case no: 74 / 2003 of three town police station Proddatur , to Rajempet where his puppet Mr Partha Sarathy was the judicial magistrate under his vigiles behaved like a slave ruined my life 68 days inhuman remand in the central prison Kadapa only due to gruges since I disclsed 500 crores scam in the KC Canal modernisation project who arranged huge amounts bribe to this rogue Mr Laxmana Rao who is unfotunately district judge Kadapa
