I am writing to give praise to airport staff, and Kuwait airlines. Our luggang was missing on a flight from Istanbul to Kuwait. My son, who was with me, was travelling on to Lae, Papua New Guinnea, without his luggage, because it did not arrive in Kuwait in time. (He is a pilot up there). After our luggage arrived in Kuwait, I was worried about sending it to that remote location in PNG. The man at the luggage counter at Kuwait airport said, "It is our policy that late luggage will follow the route of the passenger." I decided to trust them, even though a portable hard drive, phone and some important documents were in the luggage, and my son had asked me to please take the bag from the airport and send it by DHL. After four worrying days I got an email from PNG. My son said "No worries mum, the bag turned up!"
