one time i was buying a necklace for my friend at Juicy couture however, my sister was trying on clothing there at the same time. while she tried on the clothes a lady who worked there told me she would hold my necklace at the front desk for when we were ready to buy our items. By the time i was ready the lady told me she could no longer find the necklace i was going to purchase and that was the last one. i got really annoyed and i couldnt get my necklace
