I ordered a DVD box set which compared to other sites was a lot lower in price so I ordered it from this site. I didn't look close enough at the shipping costs until I got a confirmation email which was glitchy looking (it didn't show the full charging price) I checked my bank account and it was way higher than I paid for the set and fake re-ordered and saw they charged $25 shipping which said it would take 10-14 days. In their policies, it states they will refund except shipping charges. If they charge $25 shipping, it should be on my step within 3 days.
