I originally ordered a sample of teeth whitening product. I provided my debit card info to them for the shipping. About a week later I received a box containing this Jun Cleanse product. I called them so that I could return the product. They advised me that they do not accept returns or issue refunds. I told them that since I did not order the product I wanted my money back and I returned the product to them. I called back to advise them that I didn't want the product just my money back. A supervisor at that point also told me that they did not issue refunds and I should have kept the product they do not accept returns. This has caused immeasurable problems for me. I had to cancel my debit card and open a new bank account. My account was also overdrawn because I didn't have the $54.95 they charged me at the time. In fact I have been out of work with a broken leg and monetarily distressed at this time, so I believe this organization needs to be prosecuted for identity theft. I have submitted complaints to consumer affairs and advised them that this company is involved in identity theft and stealing bank information or being provided bank information from the tooth whitening company. Interestingly they have the same address in Miami. I hope you can nail these thieves.
