Avoid tile installer

Junior Lopez signed a contract to install tile floor. He did a bad job and did not complete the job. Avoid subcontracting with JR/Jesus Lopez in San Diego. Only accept cash as payments to avoid paying taxes. Totally unprofessional with the client on site.
