If you are doing business with this bank, pay it off as quickly as possible and close the account.

Bank fees are high, customer service has no flexibility. I was a buck overlimit for 2 days and was charged a $39 fee. After being a good customer for 5 years, thought I would get a break.

If my comments cause just one person avoid this bank, then this post was worth it.
