I am a consumer residing in the state of Andhra Pradesh in India. I bought a motor cycle Honda Unicorn on 31st may 2007 in my city, Jupiter Honda, Visakhapatnam.

I noticed the bike running condition was not good from the date of purchasing. The next day I went to the dealer in my city Jupiter Honda Visakhapatnam and told the problem.

They said it’s not a complaint as this was a new bike and the problem is common and gradually decrease.

I got 6 free services from your company and at every service I have been giving this complaint and the problem hasn't been rectifying.

I am vexed and now I received a suggestion from my friend to inform the Honda Company. I hope the problem will be rectified soon.
