Unauthorised charges
I asked a question regarding a problem with my TV, for which I received a helpful answer, and so i was happy to pay the approx AU$ 22 fee. I am not happy to keep paying that fee every month however, even though I only used the service on one occasion last December. I contacted JustAnswer by email and phone (from Australia to San Francisco, so not a local call charge involved there) to let them know that an amount of approx $20 - $22 was being deducted from my credit card every month without authorisation and initially received a response that encouraged me to believe this was an honest mistake that would be rectified, and I would be refunded the excess charges, and teh monthly deductions would be stopped. Unfortunately this doesn't appear to be the case as the deductions have continued, there has been no refund of the excess charges (now in the vicinity of AU$ 120), and there has been no response to my numerous recent emails asking for an update on a solution to this problem. Like many others, I've discovered this appears not to be a reputable business, but a scam. My only option now is to cancel my current credit card, which is a pain because I'll also have to re-organise numerous legitimate monthly deductions from that account. I'm not impressed!!!

Urgent Psychiatric Assistance
Now suicidal!!! have put a detail urgent request through for help all they want is my money of which I have none of. Also this is an American site of which they will have no idea of what I'm talking about, since the American system is quite different to here. Oh yes they want to help but I have to pay first!!! I still can't shut their web page down until I shut my computer down.
I don't need this shit I need professional help now, as this is really serious...
Is there any humanity out there any more or is the evil $$$ the only thing people are after when some one is really venerable????

Neurological Question
Just Answer is a joke. I asked a neurological question and got a stupid answer. The so called doctor didn't even think about the question, he just gave a bull shit answer. So I cancelled the membership right away, and they still charged me, so now I am in the process of trying to get my money back.

online service scam
I visited this site on 20/06/11 asking for help with finding parts for samsung camcorder, I had stated that I had used ebay without success. a 100% guarantee was given and i was advised that if i was not happy with the answer i would not have to pay. I eventually got an answer providing me with a link to ebay. I was not happy with that answer but the next day there was a $36 debit from my credit card. I cannot contact this company to ask for a refund.

Charge for No Answer
Just Answer is Incompetent or Dishonest
I submitted a question to Just Answer on April 30 and received a multitude of assurances that experts were working on my question and I would receive an answer in a few minutes or at most a day or two. Minutes and days passed; I made two inquiries on the website. But I was charged $28 on May 1 (credit card bill arrived later) without ever having any response or making any expression of satisfaction. Nothing promised on the website ever happened which is Incompetence. I have requested a refund. If the refund is made, it will be first response ever from Just Answer. If no refund is made, Just Answer is Just Dishonest.
Anyway, be very wary in Just Accepting anything claimed by Just Answer.

Monthly Debit of $16.00 to account
Please would you kindly direct me to the correct department in order to de-register from this site and to discontinue the $16.00 being debited to my account monthly. I was not aware that this has been happening for months.

I trust that I will not be charged for this request!

Waste of Money
I have used this service twice. Why I used it more than once is beyond me. It was a mistake.
The first attorney answer was brief and useless, and he did not even answer all my questions. The second time I used this service I had specific question related to a certain state and an attorney in another state answered the question, and, again, did not answer the full content of the question. An attorney specific to that state should have answered the question. I paid by Paypal, gave no tip, wrote a negative review and let it go.
FYI, I checked with the Better Business Bureau and there are almost 500 complaints made by consumers to this company, mostly related to charges. Nonetheless, BBB gives its an A+ rating... huh? I will be checking my PayPal account closely, just in case. Do not waste your time. Find a real attorney, or go to one of the free legal forums on the internet. I got better advise there.

Service paid for but not received
I have some old (1992-1994) Word for Windows files which I put passwords on. (I know the passwords). I now operate Windows 7, with Office 2010 and it will not recover these files. I asked how may I recover them. I was told to deposit $US30, which would be refunded in full if an answer was not forthcoming within one month. That was last January, 2011. Now it is April, 2011. I have had no answer to my problem and no refund has been offered. I fear I have been scammed.

Unable to download images from my flash card
I feel so frustrated using Just Answer. I wish I had found this site before giving my credit card information. Now I have to wait if my credit card gets misused.
My flash drive would not read my flash card. I had upgraded to Windows 7 (which was a big mistake. Had to upgrade all my programs also.) and my flash drive did not work. I asked Just Answer about the problem, is there a software or procedure to get around this problem. As the expert, Don or Dan, kept asking general questions like did you use the right slot, did the icon for drive show up on the monitor. did you use a Windows 7 flash card, etc. The flash card, a xD, will only go in one slot only, the icon showed (but no green light on the icon all the other drivers had a green light) up. and there is only one kind of flash card (the only difference is the amount of information and speed of the flash card). His answer was get an adapter to plug in the computer or replace my media drive. All the other drivers work using media that I have had for years. I did not hit the Accept button because I felt his answers were too general and too simple. I found a round about way to download my images and use the images as attachments to emails I was sending out. Since I came up with the solution, I felt I did not have to pay him. I kept getting emails from Just Answer to click on the Accept button from Dan the network administer and Andy Kurtzig the CEO and Founder (saved those emails). I just hit the Accept button just to stop getting these emails (yes, it was only 3 emails, but irritating since I was the one that found the answer). Now I am afraid, I gave them my private information and credit card. After reading all these complaints about Just Answer, I am just nervous. I should have gone to the internet to find out any complaints or problems with this company. Next time, I will listen to my little voice.
