I ordered 2 Xbox game controllers for my kids in Oct 08 for $50 (They still love the old Xbox). They never arrived. I've been corresponding with them for weeks and weeks regarding a resolution.

I have to initiated every interaction. They have not contacted me once without me prodding them... Still I have no resolution and it's now Dec. Their customer services is a joke.

I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. It's only $50 but they've really gotten under my skin with their lack of customer service so I intend to become a thorn in their side for as long as it takes.
