I would definitely not purchase or recommend JVC products because of their lack of customer service

I contacted JVC for an authorized repair facility to repair my JVC TV model AV48P575 . I called the facility and they sent a tech to my home. They were unable to repair it, here and they removed internal parts for diagnosis in their shop.

The shop says JVC not responsive to parts requests. They do not return calls or e-mail. I experienced the same problems when I tried to contact JVC.

I have been without my TV for almost four months and am totally frustrated with JVC's service and lack of assistance.

I would definitely not purchase or recommend JVC products because of their lack of customer service.

non delivery

I placed an order on the assurance by your Branch Manager of Setapak office K.L. Malaysia that the item will be available within 3 days.However the attending sales personnel Miss Nantini said it will be only be available in a week and only silver colour for the Handycam Model GZ-MG630AG.I agreed to what she said.The order was placed on 30 November 2009.I called Miss Nantini she changed her story and said delivery will be in two weeks and added that a blue unit was available but was given to someone else.When I spoke to Mr. Hamid your manager he asked me whether I can accept a blue unit and I said yes.What is Court Mammoth?Making promises it cannot keep.Highly unprofessional and unethical.At this rate you are going Harvey Norman will replace you one day.(Sales Invoice No 232804, Account No. 810416093630)
