I purchased a K -Styler 3 months ago from Ulta. While using the product it blew up and burnt my hair to a crisp. I contacted Kiyoseki and they told me that since I bought from Ulta they could not help me. I contacted Ulta and they said they could not help me out because I didn't have my receipt. Do not purchase this product!
