DEAR SIR
As a long time customer of k f c .I must of eaten k f c in every country in the world on my business trips. It is one great menu . So could you please help with my local k f c o roman way newark on trent i have visited it several times and saddly i feel the food and restaurant is not up to the k f c standed on tonight visited i asked for a zinger meal the server was good the food once again was poor hot burger ice cool bun not nice . I spoke to the manage she said sorry and asked if i would like a replacement but i sore the seatting areas food and drink all over the place a right mess .So saddled i got a refund and when over to Mcdonalds.I have had several bad visited like the one tonight .The most shocking to me was when my girls had mild food portioning from poorly cooked k f c chicken strips
I would like some body too go in and bring k f c back to the good standed it is .

ON 7/2/09 I ordered a potpie, while I was eating the potpie I found a bone in one of the pieces of chicken in the pie. I called customer service and every time I tried to complain they hung up on me .The managerment in this perticular K F C really needs a refresher corse in managerment (if they ever had one).
