I have been waiting for my livingroom furniture for 8 months. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. First they deliver the wrong furniture and try to blame me for the mistake. Then they dont call back or try to resolve the issue. I have talked to Avi (store manager???) several times and he gives me the run around or they say he is not there and will call back (NEVER). I have finally taken this into my own hands and called canada (the distributer) and found out today that my furniture has been at the showroom for a while. Avi said he cant look into it as the distributer is on vacation. I dont know how I spoke to them 15 minutes later if they were on vacation?! He lied to me on the phone he just doesn't care if I get my furniture as he already has all the money for it and the furniture too. I would like to know who the owner of the company is, they can't want thier business run this way. They wont stay in business long if they do.
