Sir,
I purchased a Maruti Omni bearing Register Number KL 01 AQ 7578 and Engine Number 3743232 from your dealer Indus Motors, Pattom, Trivandrum on 14/04/2007. Within a few months from the date of delivery, the vehicle developed trouble in starting. Some repair and replacement of parts have been carried out at your workshop at Kumarapuram. All the efforts, from the workshop could keep the vehicle moving for hardly two weeks. This has been a routine for the last one year. So far I have lodged many complaints to various authorities of Maruti India Ltd. Unfortunately the response was lukewarm and is never expected of a company I had trusted.
I own three multispeciality clinics in Trivandrum and the Doctors and paramedical staff are transported to various clinics in this vehicle. The frequent malfunctioning is badly affecting the staff as well as the patients.
Hence I invite your kind attention and prompt response in this matter so as to get the vehicle promptly repaired. You may kindly note that I will be forced to seek other options if my complaint is not taken seriously.
