I subscribed to Bead Stlye Magazine and the service has been very poor, my magazines are late or do not arrive at all. Bead Style is a magazine that I had not seen in the stores and it looked very interesting on the internet, but it has a large percentage of advertizing.The magazine is now avaialable in stores much earlier than I get my copy. Kalmbach needs to look at the distribution center for Bead Style and do something to make it more efficient.I wonder if other subscribers are having the same problems, I would be interested to know.Kalmbach is not getting a happy face from me.
