I was recently on a business trip to Topeka and overheard an employee of KHS, Tammy Broadbent, refer to mental health clients as "retards". Having a relative who has a mental illness, I was extremely upset. I contacted Kansas Health Solutions to complain and nothing was ever done about it. She has apparently denied everything. I have since learned that she has a criminal record. What is this woman doing in the mental health field?
